Our great catfish carcasses are a real hit. They are odorless, tasty and are also from a freshwater fish. The carcasses are a good 20-30cm long and provide a great variety! What makes us particularly happy is that the catfish come from aquaculture in Germany!

 
Why catfish? We think the catfish is a great alternative to the cod and plaice that are so popular today. This is because the catfish is a freshwater fish and we can therefore rule out that trawls, traps etc. are used and thus bycatch or the seabed are stirred up.
