Our saddle of venison is gently dried and consists of parts of the spine and leftover meat. The backs themselves are rich in minerals (calcium) due to the cartilage, vertebrae and bones. Game is included in the wolf's natural prey spectrum, so we believe game products provide a natural and healthy source of protein for our dogs. A great product for dogs that like to gnaw and are looking for something to do.
